With high-performance turning machines, we produce turned parts with diameters ranging from 1 to 160 millimetres. In terms of length, you can choose between 3 and 1,900 millimetres. For production, we can use rods with either a round or a square cross-section as starting profiles. Production from hexagonal bars and special profiles is also possible.
Do you require turned parts from special profiles? Our expert team will provide you with comprehensive advice. The precision-turned parts are available as custom-made items, in small series, and in quantities of more than 100,000 units. Therefore, we are a contact for both industry and small workshops. If desired, we can deburr the ordered connecting elements. In addition, we offer various surface treatments such as ball polishing, galvanized, nickel-plated, and chrome-plated parts, as well as parts with thick-film passivation. Organic coatings are also possible.
