DEPKA Verbindungstechnik is your professional partner for certified turned parts of highest quality. We offer the manufacturing of precision turned parts and connecting parts with the background of many decades of experience.

For the manufacturing of our turned parts we use all common methods and technologies. Our modern machinery can handle the treatment of the different blanks made of metallic alloys and synthetic materials. That gives us the opportunity to also deliver tailor-made individual pieces produced on the basis of your technical drawing.

Our turned parts are available
in different sizes and versions

Thanks to our sophisticated machinery and our modern workshops in Germany we are able to craft turned parts with a diameter between 1 and 160 millimeters. Regarding the length you can choose between 3 and 1.900 millimeters. The source profile can consist of round or square rods. Furthermore the production based on hexagonal rods or special profiles is also possible.

You need turned parts made out of special profiles? Our professional team from Germany will support you. You can order precision turned parts as individual pieces, in small serials or up to 100.000 pieces. We are partners of big industrial corporations as well as small workshops.

If requested, we also deliver your ordered connecting elements already burred. We also offer different surface treatments like ball burnishing and turned parts in galvanized, nickel-coated, chrome plated versions or provided with a thick film passivation. Even organic surfaces are possible.
