Which precision turned parts do we supply?
We manufacture precision turned parts with internal and external threads. On request, these can be equipped with a through hole, a blind hole, or a cross hole. Single-sided or double-sided stepped shoulders are also possible. Various plastics and metal alloys are available. We also produce precision turned parts from brass, aluminium, and steel.
Our CNC machines can handle different starting profiles, including round bars, square bars, and hexagonal bars. If you require the production of turned parts from special profiles, please contact our hotline. Precision turned parts can be ordered in lengths from 3 to 1,900 millimetres and diameters between 1 and 160 millimetres.

The suitable surface treatment for every type of turned part
Which surface finish is suitable for your precision turned parts depends on their intended use. If the CNC turned parts are to be used in visible areas, they can be chrome-plated or optically refined with a ball polish. If you require long-term protection against weathering, the technologies of chrome plating and nickel plating are also suitable options.
As additional surface finishing options, we offer coating with organic materials as well as thick-film passivation.
